
We all have heard that the customer is always right no matter what. Well there is a huge misconception with this idea, because no one is always right. The focus should be on focusing on having a great customer experience and not right or wrong.
Forbes magazine states “The view towards customers has evolved over time. But no matter where you are in the world, being customer-centric means thinking about the customer experience. ” There is never a reason to argue with a customer. It’s better to think about and asks yourself: “does this promote sales and/or customer goodwill?” That’s a great question to ask, because it’s basically the same as asking: “does this advance my career goals”?
So in our opinion, no the customer isn’t always right but we will make sure you have the best customer experience while working with us. We pride ourselves on customer service, timeliness, superior work, and great communication.
