Focus on Building Long Last Relationships

There are so many little things you can do to grow your small business. One of the easiest things you can do is build a long lasting relationship with your customers. The idea is you should treat your customers, potential clients and your team as you would someone with whom you hope to build a friendship or personal relationship with.  I love this concept, because I truly believe that putting people first is the best way you can invest in your business. 

Ways to build this relationship are:

1. Send an email to check in on how he or she is doing.
2. Send a personal thank you note.
3. Send a something special for birthdays.
4. Be a sounding board to listen when your customers are in need.
