When it’s time to hire, the people you surround yourself with are vital to your success. Just like mama’s saying, “be careful of the company you keep”. Take the time to get to know what applicants have to offer and conduct a gut check to determine how easy it is likely to work with this person.

It is harder to hire now than ever but you don’t have to settle for any applicant coming through the door. I can give a perfect example of hiring an intern who was absolutely perfect at first.
